Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and MECMISR, also known as Misr for Engineering and Contractors & AI, Cairo, Egypt. By accessing or using AI Animation Studio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. When using the service for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them. You must also satisfy the age and eligibility rules of TikTok and applicable law.

3. Service description

AI Animation Studio provides AI-assisted animation planning and media creation. Features may include AI writing, enhancement, restoration, translation, image and music processing, video rendering, TikTok account authorization and transfer of a selected completed video as a TikTok Draft.

Features may be changed, improved, limited or discontinued for security, maintenance, compliance or operational reasons.

4. User responsibility and human approval

You remain responsible for all prompts, files, instructions, selections, generated output and publication decisions. You must review accuracy, legality, safety, suitability, intellectual-property rights and platform compliance before use.

Creative suggestions, scripts, scenes and generated media require human review before professional, commercial or public use.

5. AI-generated output

AI-generated text, translations, scripts, captions, scenes and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive or unsuitable. Output is provided as an assistive draft and not as a guarantee, certified result or professional opinion.

You must independently verify important facts and obtain qualified professional review when the content relates to engineering, construction, HSE, legal, commercial, property, vehicle or other regulated matters.

6. User content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant MECMISR a limited, non-exclusive permission to process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and troubleshoot the requested service.

You confirm that you own or have all permissions required for every prompt, image, video, logo, trademark, voice, likeness, document, audio and music file you submit.

7. Music, audio and copyright

You may upload only music, sound recordings and audio that you own, have licensed or are otherwise legally authorized to use. Availability of an upload feature does not grant music or synchronization rights.

You are responsible for platform music restrictions, territorial rights, attribution requirements, commercial-use limitations and any required royalties.

8. TikTok connection and Draft-only workflow

TikTok access is established only after the TikTok account holder completes the authorization process. You are responsible for confirming the displayed connected account before transferring content.

AI Animation Studio does not automatically publish content. A transfer begins only after user action and sends the selected media to TikTok as a Draft. The TikTok account holder must then open TikTok, review or edit the Draft and personally complete publication.

TikTok may impose upload limits, review requirements, format restrictions or account-level controls. MECMISR cannot guarantee TikTok acceptance, processing, visibility, publication or continued API availability.

9. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to:

• Violate law, regulations, court orders or third-party rights.
• Upload content without required ownership, consent, licences or permissions.
• Create deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, abusive or unlawful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent ownership, approvals, qualifications or results.
• Introduce malware, attack infrastructure, bypass security or misuse credentials.
• Generate unsafe professional instructions without required competent review.
• Spam, manipulate engagement or violate TikTok rules and community requirements.

10. Temporary files and storage

Temporary processing files are automatically removed after processing or through scheduled cleanup, subject to limited operational, security, recovery or legal needs. The service is not permanent storage, and you must retain your own original and final files.

11. MECMISR intellectual property

The service, software, interface, branding, templates, documentation and original MECMISR materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MECMISR technology or branding.

12. Availability, maintenance and changes

The service is provided subject to maintenance, internet connectivity, server capacity and third-party platform availability. We may suspend, limit or change features to address security, abuse, maintenance, legal or platform requirements.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its output are provided “as is” and “as available.” MECMISR does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, TikTok approval, publication success, audience performance, commercial results or professional compliance.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MECMISR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, lost profits, lost data, content claims, platform actions or decisions made from unverified output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a security risk, unlawful use, abuse, platform requirement or material breach of these Terms. Users may stop using the service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under another jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, security, platform or operational reasons. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
